4 Things To Do In London This Winter

Winter in the UK has finally arrived! Many venues/organisers have started advertising their seasonal events, mainly around Christmas. To get into the festive spirit and add some fun activities to your social calendar, we’ve rounded up some of Refined Currency’s favoured to-dos this winter:

1 – Pergola On The Roof: Winter

After a successful launch in the Summer, Pergola returns for it’s winter edition with a Nordic forest theme. Protected by a weatherproof dome, dine and drink with friends at some of London’s most favoured eateries including Le Bap, Patty & Bun, Snaps & Eye and Le Bao. Don’t miss out on this amazing pop-up, running 3rd November – 23rd December.

3 – Afternoon Tea at Forest On The Roof: Selfridges

After a long shopping trip around Oxford Street, why not head up to the Selfridges rooftop restaurant. Featuring a winter-inspired menu, treat yourself to some afternoon tea starting at £20 pp. Be sure to book at least 24 hours in advance, due to high demand. Even try one of their tasty winter cocktails for after-work drinks.

4 – Southbank Centre: Winter Market & Rekorderlig Winter Lodge

Get into the festive spirit and visit the Winter Market down at Southbank Centre. Alongside the riverbank, check out the wooden chalet market stalls offering handcraft makes, food and some warming mulled wine. When you have finished up here, head across to the Rekorderlig Winter Lodge pop-up. Both winter pop-ups are running from now until January 2017.
