Founder and Editor
Bola Solanke founded Refined Currency in 2015. After studying Mathematics and Finance at university, she realised that women were hardly involved in the conversation when it came to finance. Working in a sector dominated by men and attending networking events surrounded by men, she became determined to change that. She saw a problem so she built a solution: Refined Currency. Bola also contributes regularly to Refined Currency.
Her personal blog Bola on finance, feminism, and fashion can be found here.
