2016, was a year of accomplishment for us. After a year of growing and building, we’re ready to start the year off well with a letter from us to you. We hope that this is the sign of encouragement you need to start this year off with a bang.

Firstly, congratulations for making a difference. Remember as young women/men we are faced with trials daily. Thus meaning we must re-evaluate ourselves and feel emotions we didn’t think we were capable of feeling. Still we rise and continue to focus our minds to grow, becoming better versions of ourselves. That in itself is a difference, and it may not directly impact anyone as long as we acknowledge and welcome this.

If you have set goals for this year, make sure that you revisit them monthly to see your progress. We cannot express how important this is. Personal development is something that we take very seriously. Never stop believing your capable of more and no matter what your goal is, pursue it. You may be considering a career change or wanting to learn a language. The time is now, and we will continue to encourage you to do better.

We think, mistakenly, that success is the result of the amount of time we put in at work, instead of the quality of time we put in.
